We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager who knows the automotive service industry well and has a genuine passion for Royal Enfield motorcycles. We need someone who can lead the team, take ownership, keep customers happy, and consistently work towards achieving service centre goals. Someone who understands that good service, a robust team, and happy customers go hand in hand with the growth of the business.

What you’ll be doing

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service centre.
- Lead and support the service team.
- Ensure quality service and a smooth customer experience.
- Keep track of workshop performance and work towards achieving targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage them to come back.
- Handle customer concerns and make sure they are resolved properly.




- Find ways to improve team performance and overall workshop results.

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Genuine passion for Royal Enfield and motorcycles.
- Goal-oriented and responsible in approach.
- Good understanding of workshop operations and customer handling.
- Someone who takes initiative and wants to grow along with the business.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
