Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Team Leader who can manage SEO activities, guide the SEO team, and ensure successful execution of SEO strategies for multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have around 2 years of experience in a Team Lead role with strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, keyword research, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor the SEO team to achieve project and business goals.

- Plan and execute effective SEO strategies for multiple websites.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.

- Manage and review On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO activities.

- Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance.

- Analyze SEO reports using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.

- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers for implementation.

- Review and optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, and URL structures.

- Plan and monitor link-building and off-page SEO strategies.

- Track Google algorithm updates and implement necessary SEO changes.

- Conduct regular SEO audits and prepare performance reports.

- Review the team's work and maintain quality standards.

- Assign tasks,



set priorities, and monitor team productivity and deadlines.

- Provide training, guidance, and feedback to SEO team members.

- Communicate SEO performance, challenges, and strategies to management and clients when required.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience as an SEO Team Leader / SEO Lead.

- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.

- Good understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

- Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.

- Strong knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.

- Understanding of SEO audits and website optimization.

- Experience in managing and mentoring SEO team members.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and team-management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.

- Experience working with multiple websites/projects.

- Knowledge of SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and current SEO best practices.

- Experience in preparing SEO reports and presenting performance insights.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
