Your role in a nutshell

We are looking for an experienced SEO professional with 8+ years of hands-on experience, including recent experience in a B2B IT/technology company. The ideal candidate should independently own the SEO function across Data-Led SEO, Technical SEO, Content SEO and AI Search (AEO/GEO), identify growth opportunities, build and drive initiatives, and work cross-functionally to deliver measurable improvements in organic visibility, qualified traffic and leads.

What youll do

- Own the SEO, AEO and GEO strategy and roadmap, aligned with business, brand and lead-generation goals
- Drive organic growth across our services and industries, with a focus on qualified traffic, visibility and leads
- Identify and drive new SEO initiatives across technical SEO, content, on-page, off-page and international SEO
- Develop keyword, topic and content strategies based on search intent, buyer journeys and business priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve visibility across high-intent keywords, priority services, industries and geographies
- Work closely with content, web development and design teams to implement SEO recommendations and initiatives
- Monitor website health, rankings, organic traffic, conversions and leads, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct competitor and search landscape analysis to identify gaps and growth opportunities
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush to analyze performance and derive actionable insights
- Own monthly SEO reporting and present performance, key insights, initiatives, challenges and next steps to the Marketing Manager
- Stay ahead of search algorithm updates, changing search behavior and developments in AI search, and translate relevant changes into actionable SEO initiatives

What you need

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media,



Advertising, and Communications 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience for B2B & B2C clients
- 8+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with recent experience in a B2B IT / Technology company.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, off-page SEO and international SEO
- Practical understanding of AEO, GEO and AI-powered search
- Proven experience in developing and executing SEO strategies for B2B websites
- Strong understanding of search intent, keyword strategy, content optimization and topical authority
- Proven track record of improving organic visibility, qualified traffic and leads
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
- Ability to independently identify opportunities, build initiatives and drive them to completion
- Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Proactive mindset with a strong interest in emerging search trends and AI-driven changes in SEO
