:

- Oversee transportation and timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost efficiency
- Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and clients to ensure smooth supply chain operations
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and advance entries in Excel
- Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, or other logistics issues
- Maintain proper documentation and records of dispatch and delivery
- Communicate regularly with internal teams and external partners for updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
- Solid knowledge of Excel for maintaining inventory, GRN, and advance entries
- Ability to coordinate with transporters, warehouses,



and clients effectively
- Good problem-solving skills to handle shipment delays and delivery issues
- Attention to detail in inventory tracking and documentation
- Strong communication skills for internal and external coordination
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely execution
