We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer with 3- 5+ years of expertise in test automation, verification, and quality assurance within Agile and DevOps environments. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing automated test solutions, developing automation frameworks, supporting system and UAT testing, and ensuring product quality and reliability.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test scenarios and end-to-end test cases covering both functional and non-functional requirements.

- Build, enhance, and maintain automated test frameworks, suites, and scripts across various intelligent automation technologies.

- Collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, and end users to plan, coordinate, and support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Track, analyze, and report quality metrics, including test coverage, defect statistics, defect trends, and release readiness after each testing cycle.

- Investigate and troubleshoot testing issues, accurately identifying and distinguishing system defects, software code issues, and business rule exceptions.

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning, while providing accurate test effort estimates and communicating testing timelines.

- Continuously improve test automation processes, quality assurance practices, and testing efficiency within Agile and DevOps environments.





- Support verification and validation activities to ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in test automation and verification, preferably within Agile and DevOps delivery environments.

- Strong hands-on experience in developing and maintaining automated test solutions using tools and technologies such as Selenium, Python, NI TestStand, and related automation frameworks.

- Proven experience in implementing and utilizing various test automation methodologies, including: Keyword-Driven Testing, Data-Driven Testing ,BDD etc

- Experience working within multi-stakeholder, cross-functional teams and global delivery models; exposure to onsite-offshore collaboration is highly desirable.

- Exposure to industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, CAN, or substation automation protocols.

- Familiarity with cybersecurity testing tools and security validation practices.

- Knowledge of Low-Voltage (LV) and Medium-Voltage (MV) electrical systems, electrical protection products, metering solutions, or connected products is highly desirable.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive issue resolution.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
