Royal Drive Care is looking for an experienced Service Advisor with robust knowledge of premium and luxury car servicing. The role involves customer handling, service coordination, job card management, service estimates, and ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.
1. Customer Handling
- Receive customers and understand vehicle service requirements.
- Explain service requirements, estimates, and timelines.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
1. Service Coordination
- Prepare job cards and coordinate vehicle inspections.
- Coordinate with technicians for diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance.
- Monitor service progress and ensure timely delivery.
1. Premium Car Service
- Handle service requirements of premium and luxury vehicles.
- Identify service and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the service process.
1. Billing & Follow-up
- Coordinate service estimates, approvals, and billing.
- Explain completed work and service charges to customers.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups and collect customer feedback.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor.
- Experience in premium/luxury car service is preferred/required.
- Good knowledge of automobile service and repair processes.
- Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of service management systems and basic MS Office.
