About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Recruiter – US Staffing to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience recruiting IT professionals for the

US staffing market

, with the ability to independently manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through submission and interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit qualified IT professionals for US-based contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.

- Work extensively with job boards, LinkedIn, resume databases, and other sourcing channels

.

- Review job descriptions and understand technical requirements, skills, experience, and client expectations.

- Screen candidates through phone/video interviews and assess technical and communication skills.

- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.

- Coordinate with Account Managers, BDMs, and clients to understand hiring requirements and priorities.

- Submit qualified candidates within required turnaround times.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.

- Maintain accurate candidate records, submissions, interview schedules, and status updates in the ATS.

- Negotiate rates, availability, and other candidate-related details when required.

- Ensure candidates are properly qualified and interested before submission.





- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.

- Meet individual and team-based recruitment targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / US Recruitment.

- Strong knowledge of the

US staffing and recruitment process

.

- Experience recruiting for technologies such as

Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Salesforce, QA, Business Analysis, and other IT roles

.

- Robust experience with

LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms

.

- Good understanding of

W2, C2C, 1099, and contract hiring models

.

- Familiarity with US time zones, work authorization categories, and basic US staffing terminology.

- Robust candidate screening and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

- Comfortable working in a

US shift from the Noida office

.

Preferred

- Experience working with US staffing companies, consulting firms, or IT staffing agencies.

- Experience handling multiple recruiters or mentoring junior recruiters.

- Proven ability to consistently meet submission, interview, and placement targets.

- Experience working with ATS/CRM systems such as

Ceipal, Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar platforms
