Required Skills and experience

- To be a successful Technical Recruiter;

- You will have 5+ year experience as a Technical recruiter in placing W2 candidates.

- Bachelors IT or relevant degree.

- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured).

- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.

- Valuable experience of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).

- Solid understanding with tax terms W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp.

- Experience on VMS & ATS.

- Clear understanding of Visa processes.

- Strong desire to build relationships with clients & candidates.

- Hard working and willing to learn
