Whom Are We Looking For?

- Strong hands-on programming expertise in C++ or any other modern programming language
- Experience designing and managing microservices-based architectures
- Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and scalable distributed systems
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration




- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Experience managing production systems, monitoring, incident management, and RCA processes
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, testing, and debugging
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and driving delivery ownership
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps-driven environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across global teams
