Role & responsibilities

- Lead and coach a high-performing sales team

- Allocate qualified leads, monitor follow-ups, and ensure highest conversion quality

- Run regular training on real estate knowledge, sales pitch, and negotiation

- Support the team in closing high-value deals and handle escalations

- Collaborate with developers on inventory, pncing, and project strategy

- Track and report tearn KPIS, sales performance, and pipeline health

Preferred candidate profile

- 4-6 years Of real estate sales experience, With prior team-management exposure

- Must own a two or four wheeler

- Proven track record of dosing sales and managing jurior sales staff

- Strong leadership presence and communication skills

- Proficient in CRM tools. reporting, and data-driven decision making

- Comfortable with weekend/site-visit work
