Job Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads through calls, visits, WhatsApp and networking.

- Promote hotel rooms, spa services, restaurant, banquet and event packages.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings.

- Handle corporate, wedding, party and banquet inquiries.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Coordinate with the front office, banquet and spa teams for customer requirements.

- Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.

- Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers within approved pricing.

- Monitor competitors, market opportunities and customer feedback.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and convincing skills.

- Hindi and English communication preferred.

- Sales/hospitality experience preferred.

Pay: ₹12,495.80 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
