We're looking for a Sr. Sales Executive (WFH) to make outbound calls, respond to inquiries, share tailored proposals, meet/exceeds sales targets, maintain CRM and ensure guest satisfaction

What you'll own

✔ Make Outbound Calls and respond Inbound Calls

✔ Maintain CRM/MIS to track lead status and details

✔ Maximising Sales Revenue and provide post sales support to guests

✔ Provide information on hotel services, packages, and offers

✔ Ensure guest reviews and satisfaction

What we're looking for

✔ 2-5 years in hospitality industry





✔ Bachelor's/ Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field

✔ Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills

✔ Proven experience in sales, telesales, or a similar role in a Hotel Sales role in a 3/4/5 star chain property

✔ Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets

✔ Luxury resort experience is a big plus
