About Indeevari

Indeevari is a US-based premium Indian fine jewellery brand. We design and sell Kundan, Polki, temple and emerald jewellery to South Asian families across the United States — bridal sets, heirloom pieces and custom commissions. Our clients are discerning, our tickets are high, and every sale is built on trust. Our sales and operations team is in Hyderabad; our customers are in USA.

The role

You'll be our senior closer — the person who turns a qualified enquiry into a confirmed order. Leads come warm from our marketing campaigns; there is no cold calling. Your job is to consult, build confidence, handle objections on price, purity, customisation and shipping, and close orders typically between $5,000 and $50,000+, entirely over WhatsApp, video calls and phone.

Because our customers are in the US, your core working hours are US-evening / IST early-morning and late-evening. This is non-negotiable and the single biggest reason this role isn't for everyone.

What you'll do

- Own the pipeline from qualified lead to paid order; hit monthly closed-revenue targets
- Run consultative video and WhatsApp sessions: understand the occasion, budget, style and family expectations; recommend and upsell across the collection
- Quote accurately on gold rate, making charges,



stones and customisation; coordinate with design and production on bespoke pieces
- Follow up relentlessly and cleanly — every conversation logged in the CRM, every lead with a next step
- Manage post-sale trust: payment plans, production updates, shipping and delivery communication
- Feed back what customers ask for so marketing and design can act on it

You'll fit if you

- Have 4+ years selling high-ticket products — jewellery, luxury retail, premium real estate or wealth products — and have personally closed ₹1 Cr+ per month or the equivalent
- Have sold successfully without a showroom: over chat, video and calls
- Speak fluent English and Telugu; Hindi is a strong plus. You're comfortable with NRI customers and their expectations
- Know gold, diamonds and Indian traditional jewellery well enough to be trusted — or can get there in 30 days
- Are competitive about numbers, disciplined about follow-up, and don't need supervision to work
- Can commit to US-hours as your standard schedule
