Role Description The Senior Sales Consultant Hair Transplant role is a full-time, on-site position based at Assure Clinic in Mumbai. This role is responsible for consulting with prospective clients seeking hair transplant and related hair restoration treatments, understanding their needs, and explaining suitable procedures and packages.

The consultant conducts in-person assessments, coordinates with medical and clinical teams, and guides clients through the pre- and post-treatment process to ensure a transparent understanding of outcomes and expectations. Day-to-day tasks include managing inquiries, conducting consultations, preparing treatment proposals, handling follow-ups,



and driving conversions while maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, contributing to sales targets, and supporting marketing initiatives and patient education to grow the hair transplant segment.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Consulting skills, with experience in consultative selling and closing high-value treatments or healthcare services.
- Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal explanations, active listening, and professional presentation abilities.
- Consulting experience in healthcare, cosmetic, or wellness domains, preferably in hair transplant or aesthetic procedures.
- Prior experience in clinic, hospital, or medical practice sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage a high volume of inquiries, and handle confidential patient information with integrity.
- Comfort with using CRM tools and basic office software for documentation and follow-up.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field; relevant certifications in sales or healthcare consulting are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset to meet and exceed sales and conversion targets.
