Key Responsibilities

- Architect scalable, responsive web applications using React.js and contemporary JavaScript/TypeScript
- Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and reusable component library strategy
- Build complex UI workflows integrating RESTful APIs and backend services
- Optimize applications for performance,



scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Translate UX/UI designs into high-quality, production-ready interfaces
- Collaborate with backend, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, and product teams on end-to-end feature delivery
- Establish and evolve design-system practices and reusable frontend components
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level frontend engineers
- Diagnose and resolve performance, security, and scalability issues
- Drive adoption of modern frontend engineering practices, tools, and standards
- Influence architecture and technology decisions across the frontend organization
- Ensure rigorous code quality, testing, documentation, and maintainability standards
