Experienced Senior Revit Architect / BIM Architect with 8–10 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on expertise in Revit, BIM workflows, architectural documentation, and design coordination.
Experience working on USA-based projects is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with strong Revit and BIM capabilities and experience delivering complex architectural projects are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed architectural models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare accurate architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documentation.
- Manage BIM workflows and ensure models comply with project standards and BIM requirements.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Perform model reviews and identify potential design and coordination issues.
- Participate in BIM coordination and clash detection using tools such as Navisworks.
- Maintain model quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support design development from concept through construction documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and project teams.
- Review drawings and models to ensure design intent and documentation quality are maintained.
- Assist in developing and maintaining Revit families, templates, standards, and workflows.
- Mentor junior architects and Revit team members where required.
Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a strong Revit/BIM professional first, with the ability to demonstrate practical project experience through a portfolio of Revit models, drawings, and architectural documentation. Candidates should be able to clearly explain their role, responsibilities, and contribution to the projects presented during the interview.
USA experience is an advantage, but strong Revit and BIM expertise will be given higher priority.
