Senior Quality Analyst - International process ( Inbound customer service voice/email/chat)

Industry - BPO

Location- Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Budget: Max 5.5 LPA week off : 5 days working (2 days off)

Eligibility criteria

Undergraduate/graduate

Excellent communication skills!!!

Minimum 1 year of on paper quality Analyst mandatory

Experience into inbound customer service mandatory.

Excellent in call audits, call calibrations, call quality, CSAT, QC tools, TNI sessions, BQM

Good excel knowledge
