Role: Senior QA Consultant

Location: Hybrid - Hyderabad

Budget - 22 lpa

Domain: Varicent / Incentive Compensation / Enterprise Applications

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute manual, functional, regression, and integration testing

Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data

Perform SIT and end-to-end business process validation

Validate application data using SQL / MySQL

Manage defect identification, documentation, and triage

Perform Varicent application testing, configuration validation, payout report validation, and transition testing

Provide production and post-production support

Analyze and troubleshoot application and data-related issues

Collaborate with QA, development, product, and business teams





Mentor junior QA engineers and support knowledge-transfer activities

Required Skills:

4+ years of QA / Software Testing experience

Robust Varicent v10 experie;nce

Manual & Functional Testing

Regression & System Integration Testing (SIT)

SQL / MySQL

Test Case & Test Scenario Design

Defect Management & Triage

Production Support

Enterprise Application Testing

Strong stakeholder and communication skills

Certifications: Varicent v10 / Anaplan L1 / L2 certifications are an advantage.
