We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO professional who can drive project governance, portfolio management, performance monitoring, MIS, risk management, resource planning, and strategic reporting for multiple projects.

This is a high-visibility role working closely with Senior Management, Project Managers, Finance, HR, Sales, and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead PMO governance and project portfolio management across multiple projects.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, scope, dependencies, and overall project health.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly project dashboards and MIS for senior management.
- Track project budgets, revenue, billing, costs, profitability, and financial deviations.
- Drive Risk, Issue & Dependency (RAID) management and ensure timely escalation and closure.
- Monitor project resource allocation, utilisation, capacity, and manpower requirements.
- Conduct periodic project reviews with Project Managers and functional stakeholders.
- Track critical action items and ensure timely closure.
- Identify project delays, bottlenecks, risks, and areas requiring management intervention.
- Establish and improve PMO processes, governance frameworks, templates,



and reporting standards.
- Provide data-driven insights to management for project prioritisation and decision-making.
- Support strategic initiatives, transformation projects, and special projects as required.

What We Are Looking For
- 8-15 years of experience in PMO / Project Management / Program Management / Portfolio Management.
- Solid experience in PMO governance and managing multiple projects. Goverment project experience would be added advantage
- Experience working with Senior Management / Business Heads.
- Strong understanding of project planning, tracking, governance, risk management, and resource management.
- Excellent MIS, analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with JIRA / MS Project / Power BI / Smartsheet / Monday.com will be an advantage.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification will be preferred.
- Experience in Goverment, IT, Technology, Consulting, Infrastructure, or project-driven organisations preferred.Role & responsibilities
