We are looking for an experienced PLC Programmer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and Industrial Automation.
The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, machine automation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and control system development for SPM machines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and modify PLC programs for SPM and automation machines.
- Program and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems.
- Develop HMI screens and machine operating sequences.
- Handle sensors, pneumatic systems, motors, VFDs, servo drives, and control panels.
- Perform machine commissioning and troubleshooting at site.
- Understand electrical control circuits and automation systems.
- Integrate PLC, HMI, sensors, drives, and other automation components.
- Identify and resolve machine sequence and automation-related issues.
- Coordinate with the Design, Electrical, Panel Wiring,
and Assembly teams.
- Support machine testing and final commissioning.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong experience in PLC Programming for SPM / Automation Machines.
- Good knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo, Sensors, and Pneumatics.
- Ability to read and understand electrical control drawings.
- Experience in machine sequence development and troubleshooting.
- Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work at customer sites for commissioning when required.
