We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer / Databricks Engineer with strong experience in Power BI development and Databricks-based data engineering. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Power BI, DAX, semantic modelling, SQL, Databricks, PySpark/Spark, and modern Lakehouse architecture.

The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable data solutions, building data transformation pipelines, and creating interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.LocationPune, Hinjewadi, Phase-3(Hybrid) / RemotreExperience 6 10 Years Scope & Responsibility

- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
- Create efficient DAX calculations, measures, and data models.
- Design and implement semantic models for reporting and analytics.
- Work with Databricks for data engineering, data processing, and analytics.
- Develop scalable data transformation and processing pipelines using SQL and PySpark/Spark.
- Work with Delta Lake and Lakehouse architectures.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing,



and integration across different data sources.
- Optimize Power BI reports, DAX queries, data models, and Databricks workloads for performance.
- Work with GitHub/DevOps for source control, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.

Required Technical SkillsPower BI

- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Development.
- Strong knowledge of DAX.
- Experience in semantic modelling and data modelling.
- Experience with Power BI performance optimization.
- Knowledge of DevOps/GitHub and deployment practices.

Databricks & Data Engineering

- Hands-on experience with Databricks for data engineering and analytics.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience with PySpark/Spark.
- Experience working with Delta Lake.
- Good understanding of Lakehouse architecture.
- Experience developing data transformation and processing pipelines.
- Understanding data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines.

Positive to Have

- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python.
- Experience with Azure data services.
- Exposure to Azure-based data and analytics solutions.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Personal Attribute and Characteristics

- 610 years of relevant experience in Power BI, Data Engineering, and/or Databricks.
- Strong combination of BI development and data engineering skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
