Role & responsibilities

- Develop & maintain Master, Baseline, Tower-wise & Floor-wise schedules in P6
- Plan & monitor RCC, Mivan, Finishing & MEP activities
- Track Planned vs Actual, Critical Path & Productivity
- Prepare Look-Ahead, S-Curve, MIS & Progress Reports
- Delay Analysis, Recovery Planning & Milestone Monitoring
- Coordinate with Execution, QA/QC, QS, MEP & Subcontractors.

-Prepare and monitor project schedules and construction programs. -Track project progress against planned schedules and milestones.

-Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, and other departments.

-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

-Monitor project delays and prepare recovery/action plans.





-Handle Primavera P6 / MS Project and other planning tools.

-Support project execution, resource planning, and coordination.

-Ensure timely completion of project activities as per approved -schedules.

Preferred candidate profile

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 810 years of relevant experience in construction planning.

Solid knowledge of project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.

Experience in large-scale construction projects will be preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.
