We are looking for an experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in PHP development, backend architecture, database management, API development, and web application development.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing scalable web applications while working closely with UI/UX designers, frontend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using PHP.
- Develop scalable and secure backend applications and RESTful APIs.
- Work with PHP frameworks such as CodeIgniter.
- Design and optimize databases using MySQL / MSSQL.
- Develop and integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with frontend developers for seamless API and application integration.
- Work with Git and other version-control systems.
- Coordinate with QA teams for testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Analyze technical requirements and provide appropriate development solutions.
- Participate in application deployment, maintenance, and technical support.




- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when required.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in PHP and object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience with CodeIgniter.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL or MSSQL.
- Experience in developing REST APIs and web services.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend integration.
- Strong knowledge of Git / GitHub / GitLab.
- Understanding of MVC architecture and software development life cycle.
- Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and application security.
- Good understanding of database design, queries, indexing, and optimization.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a development team.

Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Knowledge of Redis, caching, queues, or Elasticsearch.
- Experience with third-party payment gateway and API integrations.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and modern development practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant professional experience in PHP development.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
