What You'll Do
- Design, build, and configure Pega applications: case types, flows, data models, UI, integrations, and decisioning
- Turn user stories and acceptance criteria into clean, guardrail-compliant Pega solutions
- Take part in all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and deliver sprint commitments
- Build and troubleshoot integrations (REST/SOAP connectors and services)
- Do code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging with Tracer, PAL, and Clipboard
- Mentor junior developers and work closely with Lead System Architects and business analysts
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 8 years of hands-on Pega development experience on real delivery projects, not only support or configuration
- Pega CSSA certification at minimum (CLSA preferred)
- Proven experience in telecommunications domain projects, such as customer service, complaints handling, order management, or billing
- Strong working experience in Agile Scrum teams
- Flexibility in work hours to overlap with US and Australian client time zones
Nice to Have
- Pega Infinity 23/24 and Constellation experience
- Pega Customer Service or other Pega Strategic Applications
- Exposure to Pega Cloud, DevOps pipelines, or Deployment Manager
- Pega GenAI capabilities
