We are seeking a highly specialized Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Absence Management and Payroll Data Migration.

Key Responsibilities

- Absence Configuration & Processing: Configure and manage Absence Plans, Types, Accruals, Eligibility Profiles, Enrolment rules, and end-to-end processing.
- UK Payroll Data Migration: Lead and execute full lifecycle data migration from legacy applications to Oracle Fusion Cloud for UK Payroll.
- HDL & HSDL Execution: Build, execute, and troubleshoot HDL/HSDL object loaders for complex payroll entities (Element Entries, Historical Balances, Personal Payment Methods, Bank Details, and Core HR prerequisites).
- Data Cleansing & Reconciliation: Extract, map, transform, and validate legacy data; perform rigorous balance reconciliation and post-load audits.
- Integration Management: Ensure seamless data flow and functional mapping across Core HR, Absence Management, and UK Payroll modules.
- Lifecycle Support: Actively support Mock Conversions, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Cutover execution,



and Hypercare.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience (Absence Management & Global/UK Payroll).
- Direct experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) .
- Deep experience migrating Payroll Conversion Objects (Element Entries, Initial/Historical Balances, Bank Accounts, PPMs).
- UK Payroll Knowledge: Solid operational understanding of UK statutory regulations, tax structures, and payroll data specifics.
- Problem-Solving: Proven track record in analyzing and resolving complex HDL error logs, load failures, and reconciliation discrepancies.
- Soft Skills: Explicit communication, structured analytical thinking, and effective collaboration with cross-functional technical and business teams
