Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / Relevant Qualification
We are looking for an experienced PPIC professional with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing, particularly Tablets & Capsules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on demand and business priorities.
- Prepare batch-wise manufacturing and packing schedules.
- Ensure availability of RM/PM and coordinate with Stores, Purchase and SCM.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering and SCM for smooth execution of production plans.
- Monitor planned vs. actual production and follow up on delays and bottlenecks.
- Track WIP, finished goods and inventory.
- Monitor batch status,
testing and release to support timely production and dispatch.
- Support capacity planning and machine utilization for Tablets & Capsules.
- Prepare PPIC MIS, production reports and planning trackers.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs and company procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in PPIC / Production Planning within Pharma OSD manufacturing.
- Strong exposure to Tablets & Capsules.
- Good knowledge of production planning, batch scheduling, material planning and inventory management.
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
- Robust coordination, analytical and communication skills.
