Position: Senior Mobile Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Engineer with strong expertise Flutter, and/or React Native development for creating hybrid application hosted in iOS, Android. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable mobile applications with real-time communication features such as audio calling, video calling, chat systems, and push notifications. The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications used by a large user base.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Application Development

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Build cross-platform applications using Flutter and/or React Native.
- Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable mobile application components.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and battery consumption.

Real-Time Communication Features
- Develop and enhance video calling and audio calling functionalities.
- Implement WebRTC-based communication solutions.
- Integrate third-party communication platforms such as Agora, Twilio, Vonage, or similar technologies.
- Ensure low-latency, reliable real-time communication experiences.

Chat & Messaging Solutions
- Design and develop real-time chat and messaging applications.
- Implement one-to-one and group chat features.
- Develop message delivery status, read receipts, typing indicators, and media sharing capabilities.
- Integrate WebSocket, Socket.IO, Firebase Realtime Database, or similar technologies for real-time communication.

Push Notification Implementation
- Develop and maintain push notification services using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)



and Apple Push Notification Service (APNS).
- Configure notification scheduling, deep linking, and user segmentation.
- Monitor and optimize notification delivery and engagement.

API & Backend Integration
- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and third-party services.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts.
- Handle authentication, authorization, and secure data transmission.

Quality & Performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Implement mobile security best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Write unit tests and participate in integration testing and UAT support.

Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Backend Developers.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers when required.
- Contribute to technical architecture and mobile engineering best practices.
