ABOUT THE ROLE

TRooTech Business Solutions is hiring a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect & Consultant to lead our MS Dynamics practice. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), Finance & Operations (F&O;), Business Central, and the Power Platform. You will own pre-sales engagements, solution architecture, and technical delivery governance while serving as TRooTech's primary MS Dynamics authority for enterprise clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Pre-Sales Support: Drive solution positioning, RFP responses, effort estimations, POC development, and client demos alongside the sales team
- Architecture & Design: Architect end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions across CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) and ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Business Central)
- Technical Ownership: Define technical standards, customization guidelines, and integration architectures for all Dynamics 365 engagements
- Client Engagement: Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design reviews with client stakeholders
- Delivery Oversight: Guide delivery teams through the implementation lifecycle; conduct code reviews, configuration reviews, and UAT sign-off processes
- Practice Building: Develop accelerators, templates, and best practice documentation for the MS Dynamics practice at TRooTech

TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

- Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Marketing modules




- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O; (Finance & Operations) or Business Central — covering financials, supply chain, manufacturing, and inventory modules
- Proficiency in Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
- Strong skills in customization using C#, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom Workflows, PCF controls, and X (for F&O;)
- Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations: Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Data Integrator, and third-party middleware
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps for ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Dynamics 365 projects
- Familiarity with Dataverse schema design, security model, and solution layering

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE

- Robust functional knowledge of CRM processes (lead management, opportunity pipeline, service case lifecycle) and ERP processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, budgeting)
- Ability to conduct business process workshops and translate requirements into Dynamics 365 configurations
- Experience with data migration strategies using DIXF, KingswaySoft, or Azure Data Factory
- Familiarity with ISV solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem (e.g., Resco, Experlogix, etc.)

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM or ERP) — Required
- Microsoft Certified:



Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate or Customer Service Associate — Required
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or Business Central Functional Consultant — Preferred
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect — Highly Preferred

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

7 years of total IT experience with at least 5–6 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&O;/BC) implementation and consulting. Experience as a Solution Architect in a Microsoft Partner organization is strongly preferred.
