Job Purpose

Responsible for providing input and ensuring implementation of the organizational IT department to achieve its current and future business objectives. The incumbent will also provide applicable spectrum of IT as required.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

TECHNICAL/ FUNCTIONAL

- Minimum 6-8 years relevant advanced experience.
- Any graduate or equivalent experience
- CCNP/CCIE and/or JUNOS Certified
- Experience in Fortinate,



Juniper, Cisco firewalls, Switches and Routers.
- Experience with switches Cisco, Arista, Fortinate, Juniper, Cisco, routers, Proxy servers is a must.
- Experience in Global Network Operation and Architecture is a must.
- Experience with MPLS, BGP.
- Experience with WAN/LAN/VLAN/WLAN/VPN/Video management and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of routing and routed protocols BGP.
- Experience with FC/DWDM/CWDM/LDAP/RADIUS/VPN/SolarWinds
- Ability to work with service providers to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and/or weekends to meet project deadlines.

Reports To: IT Manager / Sr IT Manager Job Location: Pune

- Maintains computing workplace by identifying network requirements; installing upgrades; monitoring network performance.
- Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures;

establishing connections and firewalls.
- Hands on experience in handing FortiGate firewall is preferred.
- Hands on experience in designing and implementing global network.




- Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Plans, implements, and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan.
