Role & responsibilities

- Execute day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.

- Plan and schedule social media content, including captions and basic creative coordination.

- Support the execution of seasonal and festive marketing campaigns across digital and in-store channels.

- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and designers for creative assets, photoshoots and campaign materials.

- Assist with influencer outreach and coordination for collaborations and store visits.

- Support store-level marketing activities including new store launches, local area marketing, in-store collateral and signage.

- Track and report basic marketing performance metrics such as follower growth, engagement and campaign reach.

- Assist in customer loyalty/CRM communication through WhatsApp, SMS and email campaigns.

- Coordinate marketing requirements with e-commerce and store operations teams.





- Maintain marketing calendars, trackers and campaign documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-5 years of experience in marketing execution.

- Experience in retail, fashion or lifestyle brands will be preferred.

- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and basic digital marketing activities.

- Experience coordinating with agencies, vendors and designers.

- Good written communication skills with the ability to write captions and basic campaign briefs.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Excel and basic reporting.

- Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing activities.

- Experience in Indian ethnic wear, sarees or apparel retail will be an added advantage.
