Role Description The Senior Managing Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Abroad, responsible for overseeing overall business operations and strategic growth for Esse India’s immigration and visa consulting services. This role involves setting organizational goals, developing business plans, and ensuring service quality and client satisfaction.

The Senior Managing

Director will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, manage financial performance, and optimize processes to maintain compliance with immigration regulations and internal policies. Daily activities include monitoring key performance indicators, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, representing the firm in client meetings and industry events,



and ensuring that all operations align with the company’s ethical and professional standards. The role also requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders to identify recent market opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in senior leadership or executive management roles, preferably within immigration consulting, legal services, or professional services.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and organizational management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams in a high-performance environment.
- Solid understanding of immigration processes and regulatory frameworks; prior exposure to Canada immigration services is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kerala, India, and collaborate effectively with teams and clients across different locations.
