Job Summary:

nWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven FCL Sales Manager to drive Full Container Load (FCL) freight sales. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven track record in international logistics sales, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires proactive business development, pricing strategy alignment, and end-to-end coordination of client shipments.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Develop new FCL business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market intelligence.
n
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for FCL freight volumes and revenue.
n
- Build and maintain solid relationships with importers, exporters, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
n
- Generate and present proposals, quotations, and negotiate rates with clients.
n
- Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
n
- Stay updated on shipping line schedules, rates, space availability, and market trends.
n
- Provide market feedback to internal teams to refine pricing strategies and service offerings.
n




- Maintain CRM records, update customer interactions, and prepare regular sales reports.
n

nRequirements:

n

- Bachelors degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
n
- Years of proven experience in FCL sales or freight forwarding industry.
n
- Strong understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, and global trade practices.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
n
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong customer focus.
n
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
n

nPreferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with major shipping lines and NVOCCs.
n
- Existing client base in the FCL import/export segment.
