n● Understand client brief and develop event strategies that align with

n● Gather research, spearhead ideation with creative teams, develop

nand deliver pitch presentations

n● Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event

nplanning process, ensuring that all client needs are met and

nexceeded

n● Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including

nvenue selection, vendor management, catering, transportation and

nAV production in coordination with creative and production teams

n● Create detailed event timelines, budgets, and project plans, and

nmanage all logistics related to events, including setup and





nteardown

n● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all event deliverables,

nmaterials, collateral, and promotional items are produced and

ndelivered on time

n● Manage onsite event execution, including overseeing all event

nstaff, and handling any issues or concerns that arise

n● Conduct post-event evaluations and debriefs with clients to gather

nfeedback and identify opportunities for improvement

n● Oversee multiple client events and be able to recognize, solve or

nneutralize potential issues or conflicts

nQualifications:

nGraduate or MBA

nExperiences - 6to 8 years ( Events Industry only )
