Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the Directors to identify, structure and drive the company's high-priority strategic and transformation initiatives.

- Take ambiguous business problems and convert them into structured workstreams with clear objectives, hypotheses, analyses, actions, owners, timelines and expected outcomes.

- Diagnose business and operational problems through data analysis, process observation, stakeholder discussions and shop-floor immersion; identify root causes rather than treating symptoms.

- Develop business cases, financial analyses, benchmarks, management dashboards and decision material to support important business decisions.

- Design practical solutions across operations, organisation, technology, people, sales and other functions balancing business impact, cost, speed and ease of implementation.

- Lead initiatives end-to-end: define the plan, align stakeholders, establish milestones, drive execution, remove bottlenecks and ensure that agreed outcomes are actually delivered.

- Establish a strong execution cadence for critical initiatives through structured reviews, action trackers, KPI dashboards and timely escalation of issues requiring management intervention.

- Work with functional heads and teams to improve processes, accountability, performance management and ways of working across the organisation.

- Support strategic growth initiatives including market / customer analysis, new business opportunities, partnerships, capacity expansion and other priorities identified by the Directors.

- Support evaluation of strategic opportunities such as acquisitions, joint ventures and other M&A; initiatives through market research, financial analysis, due diligence support and execution coordination,



where relevant.

- Prepare concise management presentations, decision notes and updates for the Directors, ensuring that key issues, options, recommendations, risks and actions are clearly articulated.

- Build trust across levels of the organisation and act as a catalyst for change influencing without relying solely on formal authority.

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the company's performance, systems and organisational capabilities beyond the immediate scope of assigned projects.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA / PGDM from a Tier 1 business school (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, IIT management schools or equivalent).

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial or Metallurgical) preferred.

- Up to 3 years of experience in management consulting, CEO's / Founder's Office, corporate strategy, business transformation, operations excellence or a similarly high-ownership role.

- Strong preference for candidates who have worked on real business problems and can demonstrate outcomes delivered, rather than experience limited to analysis or reporting.

- Exposure to manufacturing operations, preferably investment casting, foundry, machining, forging or engineering goods, is preferred but not mandatory for an exceptional candidate.

- Experience working with promoter-led,



family-owned or mid-sized businesses will be an advantage.

- Willingness to be based in Rajkot, work closely with plant and shop-floor teams, and work 6 days a week.

Skills & Competencies

- Exceptional structured problem-solving ability able to break complex, ambiguous problems into clear, logical workstreams and arrive at practical recommendations.

- Strong analytical capability with comfort in Excel, financial analysis, business cases, data interpretation, benchmarking and management dashboards.

- Strong executive communication — able to distil large amounts of information into concise presentations, decision notes and clear recommendations.

- Bias for action and execution; comfortable moving from 'What should we do?' to 'How do we make it happen?'

- High ownership and accountability; willing to personally drive an initiative rather than simply coordinate or report on it.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; able to work with Directors, functional heads, managers, shop-floor teams, vendors and external partners.

- Commercial and business acumen, with the ability to understand the impact of decisions on revenue, cost, working capital, capacity, customers and profitability.

- Curiosity and learning agility; willing to understand unfamiliar functions, technologies and business problems quickly.

- Comfort with ambiguity, changing priorities and situations where there is no predefined playbook.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP systems, MIS and data-driven performance management.

- Explicit written and verbal communication in English; working knowledge of Gujarati is preferred.
