CAPEX Strategy and Annual Planning

- Lead annual operating plan and mid-term CAPEX planning for the PV business in alignment with product, capacity, technology, quality, safety and sustainability priorities.
- Consolidate plant and function requirements, challenge assumptions and prioritize investments based on strategic relevance, urgency, affordability and returns.
- Develop scenario-based investment plans and phasing to support leadership decisions and cash-flow discipline.

Business Case and Investment Evaluation

- Guide project teams in preparation of complete business cases covering scope, cost, timeline, capacity, perks, risks and alternatives.
- Evaluate investments using NPV, IRR, payback, sensitivity and scenario analysis, including total cost of ownership and working-capital implications.
- Provide independent financial challenge and recommendations to relevant investment approval forums.





CAPEX Governance and Approval Management

- Ensure proposals comply with delegation of authority, CAPEX policy, accounting standards and approval requirements.
- Coordinate review forums, maintain approval documentation and track conditions attached to sanctioned investments.
- Maintain a single, transparent portfolio view of approved, committed, spent and balance CAPEX.

BE / B.Tech / CA /MBA (Finance); qualification with strong financial and project evaluation exposure preferred 12+ years of relevant experience in CAPEX planning, project finance, investment evaluation, manufacturing finance, project controlling or business finance, preferably in the automotive / manufacturing sector.
