- Drive sales strategy and revenue achievement for assigned projects
- Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to deliver targets
- Develop and implement project-specific sales plans and strategies
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain solid relationships with HNI/UHNI customers, channel partners and key stakeholders
- Develop and strengthen the channel partner network
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities
- Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups and conversion
- Drive site visits, negotiations and booking closures
- Track sales performance, pipeline and revenue projections
- Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Finance and Project teams for seamless customer experience
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management
