Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily logistics and transportation activities.

- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, customers and internal teams.

- Plan and track shipments, deliveries and material movements.

- Prepare and maintain logistics-related documents and records.

- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve transportation issues.

- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.

- Track logistics costs and support cost optimization.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with logistics processes.

- Monitor transporter performance and follow up on pending deliveries.

- Prepare regular logistics reports and MIS.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation operations.

- Experience in shipment planning and tracking.

- Good vendor and transporter coordination skills.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

- Ability to handle multiple logistics activities independently.

- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
