Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, Apex, LWC, integrations, and Experience Cloud.

The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and at least 1–2 years of experience in a Senior/Lead Developer or technical mentoring role.

You will be responsible for developing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading technical discussions, mentoring developers, and working on complex integrations and customer/partner portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance.
- Design and develop complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Classes, Controllers, and Flows.
- Develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Apply strong knowledge of Salesforce Order of Execution, Governor Limits, bulkification, and transaction management.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and middleware such as MuleSoft/Boomi.
- Develop and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud / Communities / Partner Portals.
- Implement appropriate Salesforce security, sharing models, Sharing Sets, and access controls.
- Build scalable solutions using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future methods, and Scheduled Apex.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical design, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices and maintain high-quality, scalable code.
- Work with Git, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines,



and sandbox environments.

Required Skills

Mandatory:

- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- 1–2+ years of experience as a Senior/Lead Developer or Technical Mentor

Candidate Profile Candidates should have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience along with the ability to independently handle complex technical challenges and guide other developers.

Please note: Candidates who do not have strong experience in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Order of Execution/Governor Limits, and Senior/Lead-level responsibilities may not be suitable for this position.
