Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, Apnajobs, etc) and other platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.
