Job Summary

Indian Inovatix Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist the HR Manager in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance management, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and overall HR administration.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR or Recruitment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and HR knowledge may also apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, attendance, payroll support, and labour laws.
- Experience with HRMS software will be an added advantage.
