Job Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Node.js, API development, databases, and React.js. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable web applications, developing backend services, and integrating them with modern frontend applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain scalable applications using the MERN Stack.
- Work hands-on with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Design and integrate REST APIs, third-party APIs and external services.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Work with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Linux servers, deployments, monitoring and production environments.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes and improve system reliability.
- Improve application performance, security, scalability and code quality.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, product and DevOps teams and mentor junior developers.

AI-Assisted Engineering Responsibilities :

- Effectively use modern AI coding tools and AI agents such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codex or equivalent tools to improve development productivity.
- Use AI for code generation, refactoring, debugging, code reviews, test generation, documentation and technical research while maintaining engineering quality and security.
- Understand how to work with LLMs and LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or similar platforms.
- Build or integrate AI-powered features into existing web applications when required.




- Understand concepts such as prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool/function calling, embeddings, RAG and agent-based workflows.
- Be able to evaluate AI-generated code instead of blindly accepting generated solutions.
- Identify opportunities where AI agents and automation can reduce repetitive development, testing, DevOps or operational work.
- Stay updated with emerging AI development tools, frameworks and engineering practices.

Additionally:

- Strong experience using AI-assisted development tools / coding agents in day-to-day software development.
- Ability to write, review and improve production-quality code generated with AI assistance.
- Good understanding of software architecture, debugging, security and performance optimization.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of features from requirement development deployment production support.

Good to Have:

- Experience integrating OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini APIs.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Vercel AI SDK or similar AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings and AI agents.
- Infrastructure-as-Code experience with Terraform / CloudFormation.
- Experience with Kubernetes, monitoring and observability tools.

What We Expect From a Senior Developer:

- We are looking for a robust MERN and DevOps engineer who is also AI-native and can use modern AI tools to deliver software faster without compromising code quality, security, maintainability, or engineering fundamentals.
- Someone who is 6 years should have knowledge on AI coding tools
