Responsibilities Senior Finance Manager

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Prepare and present monthly MIS, management reports, and financial dashboards.

- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial performance against budgets.

- Conduct project-wise costing, margin analysis, and profitability tracking.

- Review project budgets, actual costs, resource costs, and cost-to-completion.

- Monitor project revenue, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.

- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital requirements.

- Monitor accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and outstanding balances.

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

- Ensure accuracy of accounting records, reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and financial statements.

- Establish and strengthen financial controls, processes, and approval mechanisms.

- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, internal auditors,



and external advisors.

- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation and control measures.

- Support international finance operations, intercompany transactions, and overseas entity reporting.

- Provide financial evaluation and commercial insights for recent projects and business opportunities.

- Partner with Production, Operations, HR, Business Development, and senior management teams.

- Provide data-driven financial insights to support management decision-making.

- Drive finance process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiencies.

- Monitor and improve finance systems, ERP, MIS, and reporting processes.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance & Accounts team.

- Ensure timely completion of finance deliverables and adherence to internal timelines.

- Support senior management in strategic financial planning and business decisions.

- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial and business information.
