WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR FINANCE CONTROLLER / MANAGER

FabConnect is hiring an experienced finance skilled for a Senior Finance Controller / Manager – Cost Control, FP&A; & Business Finance role with Katalysst CPG Consultants LLP.

Location: World Trade Center, Bengaluru

Department: Finance & Accounts

Experience: 8–10 Years

Qualification: CA Qualified / Semi-Qualified

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Business Head & Directors

Key Responsibilities

✔ Own end-to-end financial controllership and books of accounts

✔ Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing

✔ Review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports

✔ Drive cost control, cost optimization and profitability analysis

✔ Lead budgeting, forecasting and Budget vs Actual analysis

✔ Prepare financial models and scenario analysis

✔ Monitor working capital, collections, payables and cash flow

✔ Lead statutory, internal and tax audits

✔ Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliance

✔ Partner with management on pricing, investments, expansion and procurement decisions

✔ Develop finance SOPs,



strengthen internal controls and drive process automation

✔ Lead and mentor the finance team

Required Skills

✅ Strong expertise in Financial Controllership, FP&A; and Cost Management

✅ Budgeting, Forecasting and Variance Analysis

✅ Working Capital & Cash Flow Management

✅ Ind AS, Taxation, Audit and Statutory Compliance

✅ Advanced MS Excel and Financial Modelling

✅ ERP exposure – SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Tally or similar

✅ Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder-management skills
