Upyugo Global is a Virtual CFO and finance transformation firm. For over five years we have delivered GST and tax compliance, ERP implementation, MIS reporting and cross-border advisory to growth-stage businesses across India, the UAE, the UK and the USA.

The role

You will own a portfolio of client engagements end to end, review the work of Finance Executives, and work directly with the founding CA team on advisory and client escalations. This is a senior seat with real ownership, not a processing role.

What you will own

- End-to-end accounting, GST and TDS compliance, and Ind AS financial statements for your portfolio
- ERP implementation and configuration projects on Zoho Books, Payroll and Expense, from scoping through go-live
- Monthly MIS dashboards and board-level reports, prepared, reviewed and presented directly to clients
- Review of ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations and period-end close performed by the team
- GST returns, TDS compliance and coordination of ROC and secretarial work across clients
- Cross-border advisory, including foreign invoicing and coordination on transfer pricing
- Mentoring and reviewing Finance Executives and Associates, and owning client escalations

What we are looking for





- 2 to 6 years post-qualification experience in practice, consulting or virtual CFO roles
- Hands-on expertise with Zoho Books or an equivalent ERP
- Advanced Excel: MIS, pivot tables, dynamic dashboards
- Comfortable using AI tools in finance workflows
- Someone who has reviewed and guided juniors, and wants to keep doing it
