1. Adhere & work towards the Unit’s SHE Policy. Ensure Safety Induction to all new Visitors, Contractors, labours & Truck Drivers.
2. Do necessary Safety Awareness Training; periodically and make aware safe working practices to Own & Contract team.
3. Should involve with the team and do / review the Risk Assessment of Tasks (THAs) and coordinate with the team to complete the identified additional control measures of the Significant tasks.
4. Ensure Statutory requirements are listed down and followed up for renewal within respective validity dates.
5. Liason with Govt. Authorities like PCB, Fire dept. etc and ensure required forms are submitted well within the time and maintain the records.
6. Ensure Safety Standards – all HUL MMS standards : Access Control, Contractor Safety Management, PTW, Height work, Hot work,, Machine Guarding, Electrical Safety, etc are followed.
7. Coordinate with the team to achieve Unit’s Safety Objectives & Targets.
8. Do regular factory round for capturing & correcting Unsafe Conditions (HI) and the Unsafe Acts (SBO).
9. Coordinate with the team and ensure Safety Committee meeting is being conducted as per Factory’s Act requirement.
10. Do internal safety audits (– Fire Extinguishers condition check, Ambulance check, Ladders / Scaffolding check, Contractors tools check PPEs condition check, Safety belts condition check in loading / unloading section,



First Aid Box medicines check, Work Zone Sound level check, Emergency Response related materials condition check, etc.) and take necessary corrective actions.
11. Coordinate with the team to complete identified Hazards and Committee Meeting & Audit points.
12. Make aware about the Emergency Response Procedure and conduct Mock Drills periodically.
13. Ensure Emergency Response Materials in ECC, OHC, Ambulance are maintained well and Fire Protection Equipments – Fire Hydrant system, Fire Alarm System & Devices and Fire Extinguishers are tested periodically & maintained well.
14. Ensure as per PCB requirement Setting Monitoring been done with external approved lab and maintain the records.
15. Should investigate all Incidents ( Nearmisses & Injury incidents) and ensure completion of the CAPA within agreed time frame.
16. Should maintain all Safety related Documents and the Records safely.
17. Coordinate with the O & M team and ensure STP & RO plants are maintained well, complying to PCB & IS standards requirements.
18. Ensure required Safety related Reports (Weekly, Monthly, ..) are prepared & sent to the Management team

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
