Role Description The Senior Executive role at Avaada Electro is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Senior

Executive will oversee key business operations, support strategic initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure smooth execution of projects and internal processes. Typical responsibilities include managing schedules and documentation, preparing reports and presentations, tracking performance metrics, and supporting senior leadership in decision-making.



The role also involves liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to continuous improvement of workflows and business practices.

Qualifications

- Solid business operations and coordination skills, including stakeholder management and project support.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of productivity tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms).
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.
- Knowledge of the renewable energy or manufacturing sector, preferably solar, and familiarity with industry trends.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in a similar executive or senior coordination role, ideally in an industrial or tech-forward organization.
