Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – Process Engineering to drive current product implementation, process development, production line transfers, ramp-up activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in process engineering, manufacturing process development, PFMEA, Control Plans, PFD, APQP, DFM, PPAP, Kaizen, OEE improvement, and production launch activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop manufacturing processes and prepare PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, and other process documentation.
- Support new product implementation, line transfer, production ramp-up, and production launch activities.
- Set up new manufacturing facilities and support new line and machine development.




- Select appropriate manufacturing processes and define machine, fixture, gauge, and equipment specifications.
- Conduct technical reviews, machine trials, safety approvals, installation, and commissioning.
- Plan and manage capacity, CAPEX, fixtures, gauges, and machine procurement.
- Coordinate with suppliers for machine and equipment development.
- Drive improvements in productivity, OEE, internal defect costs, technical losses, and cycle time.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on APQP, DFM, prototype builds, pre-launch activities, PTR, PPAP, and customer PSW sign-off.
- Prepare and manage process engineering business plans and budgets.
- Lead Kaizen and cost-saving initiatives, including SMED, poka-yoke, and cycle-time reduction.
- Conduct process-related training programs for associates.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
