Job Title: Senior Education Counselor - Team Leader

Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and student-focused Education Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting the right courses based on their career goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills, with the ability to convert enquiries into admissions while delivering an outstanding student experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and learning paths.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and online leads.
- Explain course curriculum, fee structure, batch schedules, and placement support.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate and timely guidance.




- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain student records and update CRM with enquiry and admission details.
- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for student onboarding.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 3–7 years of experience in Education Counseling, Academic Counseling, Admissions, or EdTech Sales.
