We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive - Digital Reviewer with strong expertise in digital publishing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of academic publishing standards, digital content workflows, and quality processes, along with proven experience in reviewing and managing digital content. Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global clients and cross-functional teams are essential.

Location: Chennai

Role: Full-Time

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Qualification: Any Degree

Mode of Work: Remote – 6 Days a Week

Notice Period: Immediate - 30 Days

Key Responsibilities

✔ To support the project team execute digital ELL projects.

✔ To add value for our customers by identifying potential quality risks and issues as early as possible and escalating them to PMs and Content Leads.

✔ To adhere to project workflow and create and maintain project documentation, such as checklists and briefs with support from the Production Manager.





✔ To attend weekly PUMs and query clients about guidance, style guides, acceptance criteria, etc.

Required Skills

Support digital ELL projects and ensure high-quality delivery.

Must have experience in instructional design and editorial product development.Identify, track, and escalate quality risks and issues.

Perform thorough reviews, testing, and spot-checks against defined standards.

Follow SOPs, workflows, acceptance criteria, and quality guidelines.

Collaborate with onshore, offshore, in-house, and external project teams.

Maintain QA documentation, checklists, test plans, and quality reports.

Monitor key quality metrics such as defect rates and review coverage.

Support process improvements and contribute to effective defect management.

Train and mentor new reviewers and support consistent quality standards across teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
