We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong production operations and troubleshooting experience to support business-critical 24x7 systems in a hybrid cloud and on-prem environment.
This is a hands-on Senior-level role (~90% individual contributor) focused on production stability, incident response, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and stabilize 24x7 production systems
- Troubleshoot critical incidents across Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking and applications
- Manage and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and deployments
- Perform Kubernetes troubleshooting, patching, resource tuning and basic upgrades
- Support AWS/Azure infrastructure and API Gateway-related services
- Investigate performance, routing, networking and traffic issues
- Use monitoring, dashboards and logs for incident investigation
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Develop runbooks and document deployment, rollback and recovery procedures
- Work closely with support teams and contractor leads

- Able to take ownership during production incidents
- Calm under pressure and robust in incident response
- Comfortable working in legacy + modern technology environments
- Willing to work in a hands-on operational role
Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
